With only a couple of less-than- ideal conventional treatment options available at the time, Robin became an avid student of alternative medicine. She has spent over 12 years on her own studying and experimenting with a holistic lifestyle and has personally experienced the power of natural lifestyle adjustments on reducing inflammation and increasing joy. In this talk she chronicles her real-life experiences of living with an autoimmune disease with a down-to-earth plan for healing and getting your life back. She’ll discuss the essentials to an anti-inflammatory lifestyle including a nutrition protocol, therapeutic movement, stress reduction, detoxification strategies and she’ll discuss how you can move from feeling helpless and hopeless to living in your full power with purpose.
