    Blueberry Hemp Shake

    I’ve been talking a lot about superfoods and superfood smoothies because I believe they are a really important component to anyone’s diet – especially when you’re trying to get your health back. This blueberry shake contains hemps seeds, which are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids and protein. Try it out and let me know what you think!

    Blueberry Hempseed Shake

    serves 1

    Ingredients:
    1 cup good water
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
    1 tablespoon coconut oil
    1 tablespoon coconut sap sugar or honey
    generous pinch of sea salt

    Directions:
    Add all ingredients into the blender except for the frozen blueberries.
    Blend on high for 30 seconds.
    Add the frozen blueberries and blend again for about 5-10 seconds.
    Optional: garnish with coconut flakes and coconut sap sugar. Enjoy!
