    Recipe for a Great Night’s Sleep

    Ingredients

    • 1 C Baking Soda
    • 1 C Epsom Salts
    • 10 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
    • 1 Bath tub
    • 1 C fresh brewed chamomile tea (or other herbal of your choice)
    • Coconut Oil
    • Favorite Pajamas
    • Darkened Room
    • Clean, comfy bed
    • Downloaded Yoga Nidra Meditation For Sleep

    Instructions

    1. Fill bathtub with water as hot as you can stand
    2. Add in baking soda, epsom salts and essential oil
    3. While bath is running prepare herbal tea
    4. Sit and soak for up to 20 minutes in the bath while sipping your tea
    5. Exit bath, moisturize entire body with coconut oil
    6. Don favorite pajamas
    7. Follow Yoga Nidra Meditation For Sleep
    8. Climb into clean comfy bed located in darkened room
    9. Enjoy 7-9 hours of restorative rest. Repeat this recipe as needed and share with all those you love.
