    Stretching every day used to be a habit of mine…leftover from dance class and carried into my college years. I didn’t feel right without stretching. I felt achy and tired at the end of the day if I hadn’t stretched.

    Lately I’ve started stretching daily again and I think it’s a great habit for anyone who wants better circulation and fewer minor aches and tension pains.
