    If you can hire someone to shop and cook for you, then you don’t have a problem. But, if you don’t have that luxury right now, then you are going to love my tips for making healthy food in just a few minutes a day.

    In this episode, I’m going to share with you a few ways to make sure you have time to prepare all your meals in under 5.5 hours a week – that’s less than an hour a day!
