When I launched Take Back Your Health™, my intention was to share a healthy lifestyle with you that was also enjoyable.
When we think about Thanksgiving, a lot of us assume that it has to be an unhealthy meal, or else it won’t be the same, fun holiday celebration. I want to share these Thanksgiving recipes with you in hopes that you will see that you can enjoy the holidays, while avoiding the detrimental effects of the typical holiday meal.
Whenever I eat, I strive for three things – chemical-free, allergen-free and nutrient-dense. These recipes fulfill all three of those points, so that with every bite you are building up your mineral reserves and replenishing your antioxidant levels instead of draining them.
All of these recipes are gluten free, dairy free and nutrient-dense. Most of them are either grain-free/paleo, and/or vegan.
I hope you find some good resources here! If you have a favorite food blog or Thanksgiving recipe, please post it below in the comments section! And let us know what your menu plans are for Thanksgiving…
