We want to send a big thank you to Eden Organic Foods for providing organic ingredients for our Food Demonstrations at the recent Take Back Your Health Los Angeles Conference.

I first reached out to Eden because they produce foods that are organic, nutrient-dense and grounding. They also use pine resin to line their cans, instead of non-stick coating, containing BPA and other toxins.

And of course, their foods are also delicious! One of my favorites of their products are the Montmorency Tart Cherries.

At the conference, Chef AJ used Eden Organic olive oil, quinoa, herbs and spices to make a delicious Citrus Quinoa salad. She also made chocolate truffles with some of their nuts and seeds…

Today I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes using their Great Northern beans and Cannellini beans. This is a great way to get extra protein into your diet. You can use this low-sugar dip as a snack or meal to fill you up!
