The 6 Steps to Take Back Your Health™

The journey to Take Back Your Health can be frustrating and confusing, especially with all the conflicting opinions around food, things you need to avoid, supplements to take, and habits to change.

There are 6 basic things that all of us health experts can agree on though, and they are outlined in this video.

After two decades of actively taking back my health, I’ve sorted through the confusion and compiled a road map of sorts, to help you focus, as you embark on this journey yourself.

6 Steps to Take Back Your Health™:

    1. Eat Nutritious Foods
    2. Move Your Body
    3. Detoxify Your Environment
    4. Love Yourself and Others
    5. Heal with Herbs and Supplements
    6. Indulge in Your Life

I elaborate on each step in this video, and hopefully you’ll find my perspective helpful to your situation!

Hi Delma, I hope you can make it to an upcoming Take Back Your Health Conference! You’ll find lots of dietary resources and advice from our TBYH speakers and teachers.

I was going to start taking 600 milligrams daily of alpha lipoic acid based on the recommendation of YouTuber Thomas DeLauer but thanks to you I am not going to risk sending Mercury through my body and letting it stop somewhere awful thank you for watching out for me! I’d like to add something that might be helpful to you? Since you are now a public speaker, when you use the phrase “to be honest with you” obviously you weren’t intending to convey everything you said before that was dishonest Lol! It’s a crutch phrase wbich you might replace with something like, “frankly speaking” or “to be more direct” but try and avoid saying “to be honest,” Giving you constructive criticism is a good time to remind you to please ignore the haters, all kinds of rude & unhappy people try to make you discouraged, please ignore their valueless opinions!
