    My Strategic Morning Routine

    Morning is such a great time to build a routine around some of your healthy “to-do’s” You can build a perfect routine that sets you up for a great day, and takes care of a lot of your most important healthy habits!

    Morning routines will be in constant flux as life changes, and your approach to your health changes.

    Right now my morning routine is pretty simple, but I’ve definitely gone through periods of time when I spent more time focusing on supplements, or mental exercises, etc. 

    Right now I have a few specific things I do to facilitate detoxification in the mornings, and get enough nutrients, especially for pregnancy!
