    Peppermint Hot Chocolate

    Peppermint Hot Chocolate

    1.5 cups nut milk*
    2 generous pinches of pink or gray salt
    dash of vanilla extract or vanilla powder
    2 tsp. cocoa (or cacao) powder
    1 dropperful of liquid stevia extract, or other sweetener of choice like raw honey or maple syrup
    1 tsp. collagen protein powder (optional)
    1 Tbs. coconut oil (optional)
    1 drop Peppermint Vitality Oil (optional)


    1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until frothy, or ice cubes are completely gone. Enjoy right away, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

    * You can use any milk of your choice in this recipe. However, I would avoid all animal dairy if you are chronically ill, and go for a nut or seed milk, like coconut, almond or hemp. If you used pre-made nut milk from a cartoon, avoid the sweetened versions, and go for organic. The most healthy version would be homemade almond milk or hemp seed milk, but I do use almond milk from a cartoon on occasion, which will taste really delicious with this recipe, to be honest!
