    Refund Policy

    Our goal at www.clubTBYH.com is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on www.clubTBYH.com and www.takebackyourhealthconference.com

    Conference Tickets
    Conference tickets are refundable up to 75 days before the event date. Conference tickets are 100% non-refundable within 75 days of the event date, but THEY ARE TRANSFERABLE. Transferable means that you may
    1. Transfer your ticket to someone else in the event that you can no longer attend, OR
    2. You may transfer your ticket to a future TBYH event.

    Membership Fees
    Club TBYH membership fees renew automatically each month on the same day that you originally joined and on the original payment method that you used when you first purchased you membership.
    IHCA annual memberships that have been converted to Club TBYH annual memberships will continue to renew automatically on the date that you originally joined and on the payment method that was used when you joined.

    Canceling a Membership
    A member may discontinue their membership at any time by emailing us at: support [at] clubTBYH [dot] com. If a member decides to discontinue their membership, they will forfeit all unfulfilled membership features and their credit card will no longer be charged for future membership fees.

    Membership Refunds
    Monthly Membership fees are non-refundable because all benefits are delivered virtually and immediately. Annual Membership fees are refundable by email request if the email is received within 20 days of the charge. You will not be refunded for membership fees processed over 20 days ago.

    TBYH One-on-One Coaching
    For single purchases of Initial Consultations and Follow-ups: Fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you cancel within 48 hours, you can reschedule one time for no additional fee if you reschedule for within 3 months of your original appointment day & time.

    Sessions and any potential refunds expire 6 months from the purchase date.

    TBYH Retreats
    The deposit is 50% refundable until 60 days before the retreat start date.

    The deposit is non-refundable less than 60 days before the retreat.

    If you only paid the deposit, your remaining balance is due by 60 days before the retreat start date and is non-refundable.

    If you cancel less than 60 days before the retreat, or if you do not show up, or leave early for any reason, no credit or refund is available.

    The balance in full must be paid by 60 days before the retreat start date.
