    ABOUT VOLUNTEERING AT TBYH

    Since our founding in 2011, our volunteers have always made our conferences run smoothly and we are so grateful for their support. We welcome new and old volunteers and are excited to see you at the next conference!

    Upcoming Conferences:
    September 2-3, 2017 | Washington DC

    Our Volunteer Needs:

    Here are the things we need help with:

    • Registration and Ticket Sales
    • Raffle Info and Raffle Ticket Sales
    • Door Security
    • Social Media Management
    • Professional or Amateur “iPhone” Photography and “iPhone” Videography
    • Clean Up Crew

    Your Commitment:
    We ask that each volunteer commit to about 4-6 hours of volunteer work.
    You are welcome to take bathroom and food breaks as needed.

    You Get:
    In exchange for your support, we want to give you:

    • Gift bag
    • Full access to the conference while you are not on your shift

    Volunteer Orientation:

    Please connect with us in person before the event! We ask that you connect with an event director by phone. To set up a phone call, please email us at info [at] clubtbyh [dot] com

    If you have volunteered in the past, there is no need to complete the orientation again.
